About SustenaMex

SustenaMex S.A. de C.V. was incorporated in late 2023 and operates as a service provider in Quintana Roo and Yucatán, Mexico. We support domestic clients in the real estate development industry, as well as foreign companies and individuals seeking to operate efficiently in Mexico across different sectors.

Our administrative team operates from Playa del Carmen and Mérida. Since incorporation, we have managed:

• Auxiliares de Verificación Operativa, deployed on equipped motorcycles and vehicles for field operations
• Asistentes de Monitoreo y Reporte, based at an administrative Monitoring and Reporting Center in Cancún

Our services include operational verification, preventive infrastructure checks, coordination, and information reporting. SustenaMex does not provide security or surveillance services.

We maintain compliance with applicable labor, social security, tax, and regulatory requirements. Additional information is available upon request and subject to confidentiality.
